Why BLVD

Where good practitioners do great work.

A clinic built for the way modern care actually works. Multidisciplinary, evidence-led, and supported by a team that handles the rest.

01 — Caseload

Your book fills fast.

90% caseload within 3 months, guaranteed. Marketing keeps new patients arriving, and the front desk fills your column. No slow weeks. No prospecting. The patients come to you.

02 — Collaboration

Refer across disciplines without leaving the clinic.

Your colleagues are down the hall. Physio, RMT, chiro, kin, and PT under one roof means patients get the right care faster, and you get a sounding board for the complicated cases.

03 — Equipment

Modern tools, real time for care.

Shockwave, dry needling, and well-equipped treatment rooms. We invest in what helps you do the work properly, not what looks good in a brochure.

04 — Operations

We handle the admin.

Front desk manages direct billing, scheduling, intake, and follow-up. Your time goes to the patient in front of you, not the paperwork behind them.

05 — Growth

Deepen your craft, not your column count.

CE allowance* for advanced certifications, protected time for training, and clinical mentorship across disciplines.

The team

The people you'd be working alongside.

“
I came back from Australia with a method almost nobody here was using. BLVD believed in it. With their marketing team behind me, patients now travel across town to see me, and I get to give them the help they have been looking for.

“
My biggest worry as a new grad was not getting booked. That lasted about a week here. After a year I have no regrets, and I get to continue growing my skills with the support of the clinic.

Common questions

Before you apply, in case you're wondering.

Specific answers to the questions practitioners ask most. Still wondering? Email us and we'll pick up.

How does compensation work?
Practitioners earn a percentage split based on the services they deliver. Splits vary by discipline and experience, and we walk through them in detail on the phone intro. Quarterly comp reviews keep things honest as your patient base grows.
What's the typical patient load?
Most practitioners run 6 to 8 appointments per day at 45 to 60 minutes each. Patient mix is multidisciplinary, so you'll see referrals across physio, RMT, chiro, kin, PT, and acupuncture.
Can I bring my existing patients?
Yes. We help with the transition: marketing support, scheduling overlap with your previous clinic, and a clean handover for ongoing patients. Many of our practitioners brought their full caseloads, and the front desk handles the file transfer.
Do you support continuing education?
Yes. An annual CE allowance of $1,000 for full-time practitioners and $500 for part-time. The allowance applies to practitioners working at least 2.5 days a week.
What does the front desk actually handle?
Scheduling, intake forms, direct billing with major insurers, payment processing, and follow-up reminders. You walk in, see your patient, walk out. The administrative load that drives most clinic burnout doesn't land on you.
Do you offer part-time positions?
Most disciplines have both full-time and part-time options. We work with you on hours that match your life and your caseload goals.
How long does the hiring process take?
Typical timeline: phone intro within a week of applying, in-clinic visit the following week, offer within 7 days of that. We move fast when there's mutual interest, and we'll be upfront if we're not the right fit so you can keep your search going.
