Jeremy completed his Master of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Kinesiology at UBC. His approach to treatment combines manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, IMS/dry needling, education, and exercise prescription. He focuses on creating tailored treatment plans to help clients achieve their goals and build a healthier, active lifestyle.
Born and raised in Fiji, his island spirit aims to create a warm, inviting and supportive environment for his clients.

Born and raised in Toronto, Laurence moved to Vancouver in 2010 to explore the coast and mountains of BC. Laurence is actively involved with the Vancouver paddling community and has been coaching Olympic canoe and kayak at the False Creek Racing Canoe Club since 2012. He remains active in the paddlesports community and maintains a deep interest in the injuries of paddlers and athletes in all disciplines, including dragonboat, outrigger canoe, sprint canoe/kayak, surfski and SUP. He also has a passion for working with runners and has been trained in the assessment and treatment of running-related injuries.
Laurence graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Kinesiology and Master of Physical Therapy. His clinical interests lie in manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education. He is passionate about working with clients of all ages and strongly believes in individualized, evidence-based care. His goal is to optimize each patient’s health and well being by helping clients understand and be an active part of their self-management.

Outside of work, I enjoy road and trail running, weightlifting, and discovering great coffee and food spots around the city.
Siwash Rock in Stanley Park holds personal meaning for me. I’ve passed it on countless runs over the years, and it’s become both a distance marker and a quiet place of reflection.
My cultural background is Chinese-Jamaican, so I grew up celebrating special occasions with plenty of incredible Caribbean food and drink—a tradition that continues to be a meaningful part of my life.

Bryanne graduated from the Master of Physical Therapy Program at the University of British Columbia. Growing up as a competitive athlete in both wushu (martial arts) and dragon boating, Bryanne spent weeks with her physiotherapist rehabilitating sports related injuries, which sparked her interest in the value of physical therapy.
Throughout university, Bryanne worked for the Developmental Disabilities Association, Canucks Autism Network, and volunteered in long term care, where she developed a passion for helping people of all ages and physical/cognitive abilities. In the physical therapy program, Bryanne completed placements in a variety of private clinics and acute care settings. Her treatment philosophy focuses on empowering clients to take charge of their own health. Through manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education, Bryanne loves helping clients reach their individual goals.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me playing pickleball or volleyball, biking around the city, or enjoying dinner with friends.
love biking down to Spanish Banks from UBC—a route that holds great memories for me. One summer, I rode along that beach every morning, and it’s still one of my favourite ways to enjoy the city.
I spent 12 years training and competing in Wushu, a competitive Chinese martial art, participating at both national and international levels. I also raced with a competitive dragon boating team for 10 years.

Having experienced sports and work injuries himself, he found massage therapy to be beneficial in relieving pain and muscle tension from his injuries. I have a dog named Eura, and we love hitting the trails together for a good hike.

Outside the clinic, Tyrina stays active through weight training, hiking, and exploring new activities, and she unwinds by spending time with loved ones and trying out new restaurants.

White Rock—home of the longest pier in Canada—is a place that holds a lot of meaning for me. It’s where I first discovered a deep appreciation for both physical and mental health. While working with a personal trainer in the area, I began to see how interconnected the body and mind really are. That experience ultimately led me down the path to becoming a Registered Massage Therapist.
Every year, I host an epic Super Bowl party for my family—it’s a fun tradition filled with good food, loud cheers, and great company.
