Anna holds a Master of Physiotherapy from University College Dublin (Ireland) and a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. Throughout her physiotherapy training, she completed clinical placements in diverse acute care and outpatient settings, gaining broad hands-on experience. Before becoming a physiotherapist, Anna worked extensively as a kinesiologist, where she emphasized patient education and communication as key components of her treatment approach. Anna is passionate about empowering her clients to take an active role in their recovery. She focuses on building confidence through exercise and creates personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs, goals, and abilities. She enjoys working with people of all ages and backgrounds. During her university years, Anna contributed to the CHANGE BC program in Northern BC, helping individuals with metabolic syndrome manage and even reverse their condition through lifestyle changes. Her clinical experience also includes work in hospitals, long-term care facilities, private clinics, and youth sports programs. Outside of her professional life, Anna enjoys travelling, hiking, photography, strength training, and discovering new cuisines.
